Meet Ciani Young, LPC

Hi there! I’m Ciani, a licensed professional counselor in the state of New Jersey.  I’m here to help you navigate life’s challenges, whether it’s managing anxiety, healing from past trauma, or improving relationships. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices, blending these approaches to create a space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered to make lasting change.

In our work together, I focus on providing practical tools for you to use in your daily life while also creating a compassionate space for healing and self-exploration. I believe that therapy is a collaborative process, and I’m here to walk alongside you as we uncover the thoughts, patterns, and emotions that may be keeping you stuck. We’ll work together to set goals and develop strategies tailored to your needs.
